This article explains how to sign into your GroupCamp account when you have been invited to join.
When an user invites you to join a GroupCamp account, you will receive an email invitation with a link that will allow you to create your user account for the first time:
Click on the link highlighted above.
If your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari,..) does not open automatically, copy and paste the link in the address bar of your browser.
The following sign up page will be displayed:
You can create your username and a password, if you have a Google ID (firstname.lastname@example.org) you can use it to sign in. Both options are described below.
When creating your username make sure it has only authorized characters and has the required number of characters.
Please note that if your username has already been used by another user, you will have to choose a different one.
Then create and confirm your password, then hit OK.
Sign in page
On the account sign in page (nameofyouraccount.groupcamp.com) then enter the username and the password you have chosen.
Your account sign in information are sent by email:
By using the link in the email shown above you will be redirected to the sign in page for the account (make sure you bookmark the account sign in page).
When invited to join a GroupCamp account, you will receive an email with a link to set up your user account:
Once you click on the button, you will be redirected to a Google sign in page if you are not already signed into your Google account.
Once you are signed in, you will be redirected to the account sign in page with your Google information already filled in. Click on OK .
Please note that if you were already signed in, you will automatically be directed to this page (this authorization is granted only once).
Once you click on OK, you will be presented with a confirmation page. You will then be re-directed via the following screen:
If you are not re-directed automatically click on the 'Sign in here' link.
You will then land on the account sign in page. All you have to do is click on the Google link to be signed in without having to enter any login information:
You will receive your login information in a separate email.
If your GroupCamp account is attached to your Google G Suite domain and you have been invited as a G Suite user, you can automatically sign into your GroupCamp account using your G Suite ID.

If your GroupCamp account has not been associated to your Google G Suite domain, you can still use your G Suite ID as a regular Gmail ID.
When you click on the link in the invitation email, if the invitation link is outdated you will be notified. You can then request a new invitation to join.
